If you want to contribute to making a difference for people living with rare diseases, you should apply to be our new Associate Manager in Biotech and Rare Disease (BRD) Finished Products based in Kalundborg. The Position As an Associate Manager, you will lead a diverse team of around 25 competent filling operators, all with the same goal to provide high-quality products to our patients. This entails operation of our automated filling line, including assembling/disassembly and cleaning in classified area in a highly GMP-regulated production. Together with your team, you will be responsible for filling lines in operation, securing production of today while at the same time upgrading to produce for tomorrow. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading an operator team to succeed with daily operations.
  • Setting and executing on the long-term direction.
  • Rethinking how we educate and train the team to operate flawlessly, efficiently, while also allowing flexibility in the team.
  • Driving team performance and development activities both at team and individual levels.

  • Solid management experience.
  • A deep understanding of aseptic production with hands-on experience from mid to large size production in a GMP regulated industry.
  • Strong experience in communication within own team and across teams.
  • Fluent communication skills in Danish.

About the Department Finished Products Site Kalundborg is part of Biotech & Rare Disease. At our Site in Kalundborg, we are around 700 colleagues responsible for transforming the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) into the finished medicine for people living with serious chronic diseases. We work with advanced processes such as formulation, filling, freeze-drying in a sterile environment.
