You will work closely with the business and the team to identify and define needs and requirements. Some products are already developed and being used and some new products you will help build from scratch. The responsibility for end-to-end design and development of solutions using the Power Platform will be in your hands, including infrastructure, security, integration, and testing of the solutions according to existing strategies, principles, and best practices to meet the organisations current and future business needs. You will have a great deal of autonomy in the role, developing products with a small team, which entails that the level of responsibility is high. Qualifications To succeed in the role, you have: Relevant degree and 5+ years working experience as a Power BI developer or power platform in general
Developed ETL scripts and flows
Some years of experience with programming ideally with Python
Interest in developing your skills within these languages
Being familiarised with Azure DevOps and agile software development is an advantage

Development is an Executive Vice President area in Novo Nordisk undertaking global clinical development activities. Developing innovative treatment solutions for patients with diabetes, obesity, and other chronic diseases. Aiming to lead clinical development within our focus therapeutic areas. You will be part of the Development Capacity and Capability Planning team. Joining a team that drives insights and projects for the Development organisation on organisational capacity and capability considerations. Members of the team act as sparring sparing partners with senior management and other business partners regarding our current workforce capacity and future employee forecasting. The position provides an exciting learning and career opportunity, as you will be joining newly established team working with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk. As we are a new team you will have the opportunity to impact and develop the role and team over time. We are currently a small but expanding team with an informal atmosphere, high psychological safety, and an emphasis on having an engaging working environment with strong collaboration and sparring, ensuring that we together deliver strong results.
