We are looking for a great communicator and person to help drive the communication agenda of Novo Nordisk Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) as part of a small team of engaged and creatively minded communicators. Let’s talk about the role As a CVP Communication Partner in our team, you will be part of developing and executing the DD&IT communication strategy. You will be driving a broad variety of strategic and operational communication activities, ranging from advising senior leaders to creating engaging content across a diverse landscape of communication domains, including end user-, change-, and organizational communication as well as employer branding activities. Key responsibilities include:
• Communication advice to both leaders and subject matter experts
• Create of engaging digital content on internal channels (intranet, newsletters, SoMe) and external platforms (LinkedIn, novonordisk.com)
• Video production and layout tasks (slides, web pages, newsletters, etc.) our visual identities, using applications such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe PhotoShop, and Canva
• Collaborate with local communicators and adoption specialist to achieve common goals
Furthermore, you are expected to manage a broad range of tasks and responsibilities requiring structure and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Which competencies to bring?
• Have an educational background in communication or journalism and a minimum of three years of documented experience as a professional communicator and advisor.
• Great project management and change management skills
• Brilliant networking and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
• Strong stakeholder management skills and you thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Keen interest in digital technologies and the interfaces between technology, people and communication
• Excellent communication skills in advanced spoken and written English As a person, you are a true team player, and you enjoy working with colleagues at all levels and across the organisation. You bring new ideas into our work by identifying new trends and staying updated about best communication practices. At Digital, Data & IT, we collaborate closely with all parts of the Novo Nordisk value chain to bring innovative digital solutions to people living with serious chronic diseases. The DD&IT Communication team, based in Bagsværd, Denmark, comprises six people. Our tasks include internal communication, end user messaging for 60,000 users, and external employer branding.
