Are you looking for an opportunity to utilize your controller skills on our new ambitious facility project? And are you ready to take on the responsibility for building our future way of working and communicating across areas? Then you could be the Project Controller colleague we are looking for to be a part of the project team in our growing organisation.

The position

You will be responsible for project control activities on our new facility project. In close collaboration with the project team and with the support of rest of your six colleagues in the finance team, you will work to make sure that project controls are in place. You will be
• Providing Project management with decision input
• Create and report project estimations, budgets and forecasts
• Managing the monthly closing process
• Reporting, analysing and sparring with the project team
• Run risk management process across project

Qualifications

• Master's degree within Finance, Economics, Engineering management or similar.
• 1-3 years’ experience within finance or project management after graduation.
• Great stakeholder management and communication skills .
• Fluency in English.

It is important that you have solid understanding of project controlling and at the same time pragmatic and structured in your approach to work. You have strong analytical skills and can communicate complex subjects to all parts of the organisation, bridging professional and cultural distances with ease.

As a person you are self-motivated, proactive and show a high degree of independence as well as flexibility. You are service minded, bring a can-do attitude and thrive in a busy environment.

About the department

You will become part of a newly established project organisation aimed at handling the increased demand from Novo Nordisk A/S, by establishing a new facility. You will also be affiliated with our Finance department, where you will be able to draw on the experiences of employees and people managers within your field.

Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S (NNPR) is located in Køge, Denmark, and is 100% owned by Novo Nordisk. The company has close to 300 employees and the core task of the business is to enable better medicines through biopharmaceutical manufacturing for Novo Nordisk as well as for the global industry. NNPR are in the coming years expanding an already wide product portfolio within Enzymes, Synthetic Molecules and Resins. The company has the full value chain with both R&D laboratories, production facilities and a commercial organisation, plus a wide range of support departments on top.
