In Oral Finished Products (OFP) we have achieved our ambitious goal of being first-to-market with a tablet containing a GLP-1 (Glucagon Like Peptide-1) based pharmaceutical and we are now looking to further expand our oral production.
To support the efforts of the production we are looking to strengthen our Technical Support (TS) department with an engaged and skilful co-worker who are excited to join us on our growth journey. Read more and apply!
About the department
OFP is organizationally located within Product Supply (PS), Quality & IT, which globally employs approx. 14,000 of Novo Nordisk more than 43,000 employees. We are steadily growing and at present we are approximately 1300 committed colleagues in Måløv and are in the process of establishing a new production facility in Durham, US. You will be part of the Technical Support department, consisting of 80 dedicated people split into six teams.
We are all responsible for the technical support to our pilot plant and launch facility on-site in Måløv. Our tasks are to ensure that facilities, supply utilities, production equipment and IT systems are maintained and operate in a validated state.
We have great ambitions for the future and are working hard to get our new product successfully on the market. We succeed together and strive to be at the forefront of developments in technology, systems and processes.
The position
As the new SAP PM/QM Supporter, you will join the Maintenance Strategy team in our fast-paced working environment with a strong focus on quality and timeliness in our deliverables.
Among you daily tasks you will:
• Work closely with our other dedicated SAP supporters on a variety of task
• Support our production as well as other parts of the business such as projects.
• Solve tasks related to collecting and working with master data and maintenance/calibration plans
• Be involved in ongoing expansion and improvement projects
Upholding our “license to operate” is our primary focus, and this requires a good eye for details and understanding of the environment we work in.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you must have a strong desire to execute on your daily tasks with focus on quality, as well as a humble approach to learning in the process.
Previous SAP knowledge is not a must: we are more keen on a candidate that has a strong interest in data and an analytical mindset.
Moreover, you:
• Have a technical background
• Have had previous experience within maintenance or production
• Possess solid Excel skills
• Are fluent in Danish and English
GMP knowledge within maintenance will be highly beneficial and will be considered as a plus .
We are looking for someone that thrives in a job with variation and is motivated by tasks that require to engage with co-workers, creating and delivering results as a team.
On a personal level you can take ownership of tasks and deliver at your own accord while being a team player that possess a strong can-do mindset and a curios approach to learning.
