We are looking for a Senior Manager of Finance in Emerging Technologies (ET), a part of Product Supply in Novo Nordisk. The position is a 12-month maternity cover.
The positionAs our Head of Finance, you will be responsible for and leading the financial management of ET, securing strategic resource re-allocation to realise our ambitious plans and linking financial management and strategy execution to succeed with our strategic priorities. You will report to the VP of ET BDS, and you will lead a talented team of seven employees. The team is supporting all areas across ET, with financial management of operational cost, securing the financial compliance and production accounting processes. Stakeholder management is a key part of the job as you will interact with representatives from across the Novo Nordisk value chain from R&D, to Corporate, to IO and their sales affiliates. Your role will be to carefully balance the interests of all our stakeholders ensuring that the right decisions are taken, which in the end supports Novo Nordisk.You will also take part in developing ET BDS as part of the leadership team. This includes people development, optimising the finance partnering roles, and collaboration across functions in the area. Finally, you will become a member of PSQIT Finance Leadership team and together with the other members ensure that the Global Finance Strategy is anchored and lives locally across all the finance teams. The position is based in Måløv, Denmark. Qualifications You hold a relevant master’s degree.
You have solid experience and a proven record of accomplishment in financial management, budgeting, financial modelling, and production economy
You are an experienced and authentic leader, that easily builds trust through collaboration and can lead through others in a complex and global stakeholder landscape.
Fluency in English is a requirement, which along with strong communication, change management and presentation skills are essential.

Emerging Technologies (ET) is organizationally placed in Product Supply, Quality & IT which globally address 26,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 55,000 employees. In ET we are more than 1600 dedicated employees in Måløv and Durham and the area is still growing. For the future we have many ambitions, and we are working hard to get our new oral medication for people with type 2 diabetes on the market. Together we succeed and still strive being at the forefront of the development of technology, systems and processes etc. ET Finance is a part of ET Business Development & Support (BDS) which is located in Måløv, Denmark.
