The position As an Associate Finance Business Partner within the DD&IT Finance team, you get a unique opportunity to engage with Novo Nordisk’s full value chain. This position entails regular interaction with senior management and collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation, allowing you to build a strong network while actively contributing to financial initiatives. Your tasks include: Planning and driving the processes across the Global Digital, Data and IT business units during budgeting and month-end-closing activities Collaborating closely with motivated and talented stakeholders Optimising the processes and fostering data transparency to facilitate sound decision making Contributing to the assessment and development of necessary processes and tools to enhance financial transparency and reporting capabilities Providing financial guidance to the organisation and creating business review material for the CIO and senior leadership, alongside handling other ad hoc tasks Qualifications To be considered for the position, we imagine you: Hold a Master´s Degree in Finance, International Business, Economy, or relevant IT degree complemented by applied experience in a similar role Have experience within SAP or other major ERP systems and are comfortable with the MS Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel Demonstrate adeptness in stakeholder management and strong communication skills Exhibit fluency in both spoken and written English As a person, you have a natural curiosity, a relentless eagerness to achieve goals, a high level of energy, and the capability to function effectively both on your own and within teams. Moreover, you are sociable and identify yourself as an achiever who consistently meets deadlines while never compromising the quality of your work. Additionally, you have a keen interest in digitalisation and IT, thriving in a fast-paced environment. About the department Product Supply, Quality & IT is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with more than 27,000 employees globally across five continents. The area is responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products, the quality assurance of all Novo Nordisk’s activities and for driving Digital, Data and IT initiatives across Novo Nordisk’s value chain. You will be part of DD&IT Finance, which is part of DD&IT. DD&IT is driving digital, data and IT initiatives across the Novo Nordisk value chain in close collaboration with the business, to secure modern technology and digital products to the patients. By joining DD&IT, you will seamlessly integrate into Novo Nordisk’s worldwide Finance network and become a vital member of a strong international community of highly skilled IT professionals. The DD&IT Finance team currently consists of 11 dedicated members located in Denmark and India, primarily engaging in finance partnering, reporting, and financial planning responsibilities.
