About the department
You will become part of a support team within Marked release. This team is part of Emerging Technology, Drug Product, Medical Development and Quality, Marked Release (ET-DP-MDevQC_MR) – currently a very long name. Nevertheless, Market release consists of around 110 employees across 6 teams all of which are located in Måløv. Our main responsibility is to deliver reliable, analytical results and analytical support for our oral products going out to our patients all over the world. In ET-DP-MDev-QC we are always working to simplify and optimize our processes and implement new technologies, that will bring the QC industry closer to Industry 4.0. You will be a part of the support team within the Market Release and as an Analytical Professional you will: • secure high quality of reagents
• be responsible for analytical methods and equipment
• ensure GMP compliance and implementation of requirements
• take active part in inspections and audits
• be responsible for deviation handling
• ensure approval of analytical results
Furthermore, you will be leading projects on relevant issues when they arise and secure focus on business targets. You will be working to continuously ensure optimal performance of the analyses and apply LEAN principles to troubleshoot and improve our working procedures.
In ET-DP-MDevQC we make a huge effort for you as a new employee to be off to a good start. During the first days you will spend time with other new employees, where you will go through an exciting introduction plan together. The Department Manager will welcome you, and a colleague will act as a mentor and go through your individual training plan. We know how important it is, and we are looking forward to meeting you.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
• have a master’s degree as a Pharmacist, Chemist or similar
• preferably have experience from a laboratory in a GMP-regulated environment with approval of analytical results, deviations and change requests
• are fully proficient in English
• preferably also are fluent in Danish
