As a Project Manager in Business Development and Operations you will become a part of CVP area called Manufacturing Development within Product Supply Injectable Finished Products department (IFP ManDev). In this area we strive to be Trusted Business Partners to our stakeholders, by close collaboration, excellent communication, and going the extra mile to efficiently solve any problems that arise.
In this role, you will be tasked with: driving strategic capacity and risk mitigation projects, as well as facility projects in a scaling organization across office and laboratory facilities
improving the productivity agenda across IFP ManDev
delivering value-adding support on local projects to IFP ManDev
managing the Site Master Plan process and ensuring alignment with senior management directives
In addition, you will play a key role in facilitating and advancing projects, maintaining a constant focus on optimizing our support for the business. Building and maintaining a network within the IFP ManDev organization will be integral to your responsibilities. Your role will involve driving projects and strategic initiatives, overseeing them from the idea phase through conceptualization to successful implementation within the CVP area. Qualifications
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record of successfully executing projects, guiding them from conception to operational implementation. Our ideal candidate possesses expertise in leading stakeholders through change management processes and effectively collaborating with them across different organizational levels. The ability to challenge stakeholders and the status quo, introducing fresh perspectives, coupled with strong communication and presentation skills, are essential qualities we value.
To succeed in this role, you have: an Academic Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or similar
at least 3 years of proven expertise in project management, either as a Project Manager or as a consultant, demonstrating a successful track record in the respective roles
ability to navigate effortlessly in complex environments and with a diverse range of stakeholders
strong analytical mindset and ability to solve problems with experience in providing clarity and transparency in complex projects
professional proficiency in English
On a personal level, you are structured and get things done. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting and motivating people. You can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while keeping track of the overall teams’ progress. You excel in managing flexible workloads and thrive when working under pressure.

IFP ManDev supports our global production sites by creating innovative improvements to manufacturing processes while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. As a Project Manager to IFP ManDev, you will work with a broad range of stakeholders across the area, from experts to senior management. The area employees +700 people split into locations such as: Bagsværd, Søborg, Hillerød and Kalundborg; main place being in Bagsværd. You will be part of the Business Development & Operations team within the IFP ManDev Business Support that drives a broad range of activities across the area including management and admin support, financial planning, strategy, quality, facility management as well as environmental and health & safety initiatives.
