The position In this role, you will: Set up regular meetings with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment among teams, Utilize your expertise in business intelligence to enhance portfolio data analysis, empowering stakeholders with valuable insights Develop impactful presentations to engage both decision makers and those impacted Liaise with stakeholders, to solicit input to portfolio, ensuring their success in navigating the portfolio of projects and digital products in SubLCM Participate in, and over time represent SubLCM in, cross Development portfolio settings, to ensure we deliver value together Join us and make a significant impact by enabling data-driven decision-making, delivering compelling communications, and providing support to drive our digital transformation. Qualifications To excel in this role, we anticipate that you bring: Master’s degree, preferably in the field of Business, Economics, Engineering or relevant Proven experience in business intelligence analysis, business data management, and reporting Strong background in BI tools and platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) +3 years of experience working in:

About the department The Digital Product and Project Office is part of the Submissions & Life Cycle Management (SubLCM) area in Novo Nordisk’s Development organisation and works closely with stakeholders across the global organisation. We are a team of approximately 15 skilled project and product owners/managers with backgrounds from different industries, and/or consultancies. Together, we are responsible for agile product management and cross-organisational projects in the SubLCM organisation of approximately 1400 employees, often with an impact across the broader Novo Nordisk organisation – including affiliates around the world.
