The Business Platforms organization helps enable Maersk’s vision to be the Global Integrator of container logistics, connecting and simplifying customers’ supply chains. The Offer to Agreement platform digitally enables the offering of our products and services, as well as capturing what has been agreed with the customer.
As a Platform Product Owner, you will:
• Define the long-term strategy and translate it to a data driven operational plan.
• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design future solution.
• Set direction for the development team.
• Work agile using SCRUM methodology.
Key responsibilities for the team include:
• Develop automated and high-speed digital commercial inventory management solutions.
• Evaluate the value of each leg in the network.
• Build a network optimization engine to load vessels with most profitable cargo
• Strategic thinker with track record of solving problems.
• Proven excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to speak with both business and tech.
• Visible drive and can-do attitude.
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
• Interested in international trade, digitalization and Revenue Management.
• Experience with solving revenue management challenges, leading SCRUM teams and/or working with engineers is a plus
