This is a super exciting role and you are responsible for the E2E processes for E-Commerce Logistics (ECL) products at Maersk, ensuring we are defining business requirements for our ECL products such that we are building world class user experiences and customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Along with the team of FPO(s), is responsible for the overall L2 processes; Maintain an overall user journey and customer journey for the end to end L2 process
- Work with Platform Product Owners and Business Product Owners in ensuring Epics and User Stories are delivering the intended user, product, and business features
- Be responsible for the One Integrator Product Catalogue (OIPC) and support the listing and maintenance of ECL products
- Be the point of contact for Customer Implementation and Customer Experience teams in order to design processes that are addressing customer needs and
- Accountable for all E-Commerce Logistics (ECL) relevant L3 processes including overall process design ownership down to a L5 level
- Maintain an up-to-date Process Map for the L3 process along with inputs and outputs and metrics to define operational success. Ownership towards the master data that gets created or enhanced through the respective L3 processes
- Accountable for standardization and automation of the process steps. Along with all the peer L3 Functional owners, responsible in ensuring that as Maersk we achieve the standardization goals
- Define the operational metrics that measures the success of the respective process outcomes and tracking performance
- Control Measures are established such that processes are deemed ‘well defined’, ‘repeatable’, ‘consistent’ with no high impact audit findings from internal or external auditors. All audit findings are progressed and closed to completion within timelines
- Define Business Policy Choices to be made to enable high degree of standardization to the process landscape.
Who we are looking for
- You have domain expertise of 3+ years in process design, e-commerce, and/or logistics, gained at Maersk or similar external experience.
- You apply design thinking methods in designing robust processes that can operate at industrial scale.
- Your Customer Obsession means that you always start with the Customers and ensure that the process designs are always delivering great experiences.
- You have high energy and you want to make a success of your own scope and help push the team forward.
- You are hands-on, attention to detail, process oriented and carry a mindset of ‘learn it all’ instead of ‘know it all’.
- Previous experience of Six Sigma, Lean and Green and Black belt certifications will be advantageous.
- You are someone who can use your analytical and logical mindset to solve exceptionally complex problems.
- You are a natural communicator, and collaborator with an Action bias.
- You are excited by Technology and you embrace the Platform and Product thinking.
- A track record in change management through communication and working with data-based decision making.
