Let’s talk about the role You will work within our agile set up directly with the agile teams that are developing our solutions and new ways of working which are enabling the business functions to improve business processes, being able to develop Analytics / AI use cases at scale and fostering compliance. You will be responsible for the change management activities from planning, over engagement and implementation. Some of your key responsibilities will be to: Implement Novo Nordisk’s Global Data Strategy to enable Digital across all of Novo Nordisk Drive and leading the implementation of large epics/projects Serve as a trusted advisor to the Line of Business, data & analytics/digital key stakeholders, key business executives, and other stakeholders Candidate Profile To thrive in this role, we expect you can tick off most of the below qualifications: Master’s degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) or business administration, or equivalent work experience 1-4 years of strategy, transformation, and project management-experience (preferable agile) ideally from a management consultancy or an industrial company – life sciences/pharma would be an advantage Experience in driving large transformations and in integrating complex and cross-corporate processes We are seeking an individual with exceptional business acumen, outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, a genuine change mindset, and the capacity to drive transformative change in a complex operational setting. Strong communication skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel are also essential for success in this role. About the department You will be part of the Global Data Office (GDO), a unit in Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) acting as the counterpart for Line of Business. The focus of GDO is to detail and execute Novo Nordisk’s Global Data Strategy to unlock the full potential of data to enable the digital transformation By joining DD&IT, you will also become part of a strong global community of more than 2000 skilled IT professionals responsible for IT systems, services, and projects in Novo Nordisk, working in a truly global organisation based on agile principles.
