The position
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our Global Security (GS) team.
Your main responsibilities will include: Driving key GS initiatives, projects, programs and events, e.g. Global Security Strategy Plan, Capability Framework, Budget oversight and planning, Global Security Champions meetings, monthly GS team meetings. Supporting Central Security Team Members and Regional Security Advisors on ad hoc initiatives, e.g. developing presentations, , preparing training materials, programmes communication plans (e.g. anticounterfeiting, travel security etc). Participating in monthly team meetings and offsites as a member of GS Central Team.
As our new Global Security Project Manager, you will work independently with sparring from Global Head of Security or team members on select projects, while collaborating closely with colleagues from different teams, areas and countries, to optimize GS’ impact across the organisation.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you hold a relevant advanced educational degree (Masters, MBA etc.), and have 2+ years of Project Management or relevant corporate security experience.
Other success criteria are: Fluency in verbal and written English, Danish is an advantage. Possessing good diagnostic, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong presentation skills. Business and financial acumen, as well as planning, organisation and Project Management experience. On a personal level, we expect you to be collaborative and a great colleague, to challenge status quo and assumptions, and come up with ideas and innovative solutions. About the department
You will join a team of 9 Global Security Team Members that spread across geographies and whose mission is to protect Novo Nordisk’s people, property and products and enable the company to deliver on its priority objectives through intelligence-led security risk management.
