Novo Nordisk is seeking Equipment Responsible to help implement, validate, and optimize new production equipment for our Emerging Technologies department. As our new Equipment Responsible, you will be part of the equipment team responsible for purchase and validating a variety of equipment in the tablet production. Your main focus will be on support, to secure the equipment's validated state in collaboration with your highly skilled and dedicated colleagues.You will be responsible for carrying out daily tasks that include: Production support
Change requests
Deviations
Validation activities
Optimization projects
Your expertise will be needed for problem solving – facilitating the systematic root cause finding by means of LEAN, such that we can implement corrective and preventive measures. At other times, optimizations and projects will be your focus – making sure that we will be able to meet the growing demands of the future.In OFP we make a great effort to ensure that you as a new employee get the best possible start in your new job. Therefore, you will go through an exciting introductory course and a colleague from your own team will act as a mentor and review your individual training plan.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate wants to develop its working skills with change requests, requirement specifications, validation, testing, deviations and finds it motivating to work with equipment maintenance and validation in a GMP regulated environment. You express curiosity and flair for technical solutions, other than not shy away from proposing innovative solutions and challenging the status quo.
To succeed in this role, you: Hold a science or a technical background, at bachelor level or higher
Have a curiosity for technical documentation
Have a systematic approach and a strong quality mindset is expected
Are fluent in English both written and spoken
It is an advantage if you have gained some experience, also through student jobs, in a GMP regulated industry.You will work closely with different professional groups, so you are great at collaboration and have good communication skills. On a personal level you are result-oriented, good at planning, and you take pride in driving tasks forward and meeting deadlines. We also emphasize that you are a team-player who can motivate the people around you.
About the departmentOFP is organizationally located in Product Supply, which globally employs approx. 14,000 of Novo Nordisk more than 43,000 employees. In OFP production, we are rapidly growing and at present we are approximately 900 committed colleagues in Måløv. We have great ambitions for the future, and we are working hard to get our new product successfully distributed to the market. We support tablet production for the market, ramp-up and optimization of our processes in close collaboration with the other teams in the Bulk area.
