The position As a Handover Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition of assets from the building projects to the maintenance teams. Your responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing the transfer from project organization to our dedicated maintenance team, as well as receiving and conducting quality assurance of data, technical drawings, and documentation.
  • Assisting in the implementation of standards and the use of DaluxFM.
  • Upkeep and maintenance of standards for assets and outlining requirements for the handover process and ensuring the quality of assets and related tasks meet our stringent guidelines.
  • Providing guidance in the use of DaluxFM for Novo Nordisk users and service providers.
  • Working closely with other data owners and fostering cross-site collaboration to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications To be successful in this role, you have a technical background, with a solid foundation in technical or engineering principles. In addition to that, you have:
  • Proven experience with the handover process, particularly within large-scale projects.
  • Specialized knowledge about DaluxFM, asset management, operations, maintenance, and documentation.
  • A structured approach to work, well-organized with attention to detail.
  • On a personal level, you are self-motivated and collaborative, with an analytical and global mind set, and can act as a role model demonstrating high level of integrity, dependability and business ethic orientation. You are a team player, who has a strong capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and you have the initiative to work independently and proactively in a dynamic setting. About the department In Corporate Facilities we are 300 employees, and we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. We are highly dedicated and strive for operational excellence and set ambitious targets. You will work closely with both technicians, specialists, managers etc. and draw on resources from all over our organisation and will therefore get familiar with different teams and departments.
