Apply now! The position As Project Portfolio Manager, you drive a portfolio of projects with high impact on our production area M1 and PS API. You will be responsible for project-related communication with stakeholders and balancing the project organization and the timelines of each project in the portfolio. You will participate in prioritizing what projects to focus on and have a big impact on the strategy and direction of our area. Your main responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of investment projects in our production area, including budget control. Ensuring that the projects comply with the agreed governance in the area. Inspiring and motivating the project group to deliver excellent results by ensuring clear project scopes, integrated use of risk management, and project plans that secure transparency for all key stakeholders. Engaging in optimization processes and developing analytical tools and dashboards for controlling the portfolio of projects. Facilitating meetings and workshops with management to support the process and decision-making Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should: Hold a master’s degree in a relevant field, such as natural science, business, finance, engineering, or a similar discipline. Possess some experience working in medical production Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Have a profound insight into systematic problem-solving. Be proficient in both written and spoken English. On a personal level, you are a self-starter who thrives with driving tasks independently and has exceptional stakeholder management skills. You have excellent analytical, planning, and organization skills, which enable you to continuously set direction, keep an overview of the state of progress and prioritize accordingly. You have a proven ability to network, build trust in your relationships, and get commitment from internal and external stakeholders. You will have to be curious and eager to challenge the status quo in a respectful way to ensure that pragmatic solutions are brought forward in a swift manner. About the department
As we are growing, we are looking for a Project Portfolio Manager to join our Projects department in M1 (API Manufacturing 1), which is part of the rapidly growing PS API area (Product Supply Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient). IM1 is a production area, with a total of 700 employees in Kalundborg, where we produce our newest GLP-1 products. You will become a part of a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO) team that consists of project managers, project assistants, engineers, and technical professionals. Together we are responsible for the execution of investment projects, in a complex, constantly changing, and highly regulated pharmaceutical area. Our purpose is to make a change in M1, by driving small and large-scale projects that improve the quality of the facility and processes and increase our production capacity. In the PMO team – and the department as a whole – we are proud of our balance between ambitious goals, working hard, and maintaining a healthy and fun approach to our tasks.
