Søborg
A job with real life impact. In labelling we are on a mission to make fast and flawless labels, and our strategy to get there is to move from document centric to data driven labelling. Do you want to play a key role in turning strategy into action. Then join us as Product Owner for our LIFT Artwork Management System (AMS).
About the product
In labelling you are never in doubt about the real-life impact of you work. Every day more than 40 million patients rely on Novo Nordisk’ products for treatment of serious chronic diseases. Labelling is a key element in ensuring product quality and patient safety. However, while correct and up-to-date labelling is considered self-evident by patients, authorities and stakeholders, producing fast and flawless labels for our global product portfolio is not a trivial task behind the scene. Our LIFT AMS is the backbone platform to keep our labelling process running. LIFT AMS is already live in production and we are on a journey to constantly improve outcomes for the business and patients, ultimately aiming to reduce the risk of errors and increase efficiency and speed by leveraging technology and data. The position
You will be leading a strong and skilled agile delivery team, with full responsibility for DevOps. No one wins alone and your key to success is to leverage your team and colleagues across the Agile Release Train and extended organization to turn the product vision and roadmap into action. Your responsibilities will include the following: Master DevOps, i.e. play the balancing act of continuously and efficiently operating the product (keeping the wheels spinning) while developing the product in line with product strategy and roadmap, constantly adapting emerging business needs and priorities (preparing for the future) Evaluate and prioritise business opportunities vs. must-do compliance improvements vs. technical debt and technical enablers Stay focused to achieve desired business outcomes and long-term strategy, while being ready to rapidly adapt to unforeseen challenges and impediments Drive situational communication, i.e. act as a catalyst connecting all stakeholders engaged in the product, ranging from technical to scientific subject-matter-experts and leaders across all levels. Transform complex matters into simple and compelling storylines, and situationally articulate messages with the receiver as point of departure Engage and empower the team – in close collaboration with Scrum Master – to achieve optimal velocity, predictability and impact In collaboration with Scrum Master and team, maximise outcomes of agile events and ceremonies, e.g. PI planning, Iteration planning, demo and retrospective
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you need the following: Strong understanding of user-centric digital product development Proven informal leadership experience of driving sustainable change in cross-functional, multi-cultural and cross-geographical environment +2 years’ experience in Agile methodologies, preferably certified as PO within SAFe University degree within Science, Engineering and/or Business Be fluent in English, both written and spoken Experience working with Regulatory processes or related in the pharma domain is a plus, but not a pre-requisite On a personal level, you need to inspire passion and create a feeling of ownership for people you work with. You see the big picture and can turn the strategic priorities into tangible direction for the team. You can set clear direction, prioritise, and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation.
