About the job
Global Prime Service Team is responsible for a day-to-day operational service and support of our Tier 1/VIP Institutional clients and partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of White Labels, Introducing Brokers and Financial clients in the Nordic region and will be managing and resolving day-to-day requests, system demonstrations, training; establishing service flows and processes for the partners, as well as managing larger projects, and becoming best in class in terms of client servicing; whilst working in accordance with the banks’ values, its policies and procedures, and in compliance with all relevant legislation.
Among others you will be responsible for
- Actively participating in the development of the client service policies and standards for Saxo Bank AS clients and partners.
- Dealing with clients’ queries and resolving client issues to a high satisfaction and improving the overall customer relationship.
- Assisting with communicating to end clients via email, CRM or phone information about new product releases and/or changes to their account.
- Investigating more complex partners’ requests ensuring the clients’ needs are being satisfied.
- Effective/ Regular communication with clients about account updates and changes.
- Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service and recommending improvements.
- Taking responsibility for ad-hoc request and small projects as instructed by the Global Head of Prime Service.
- Carrying out any further tasks for which the qualifications and experience of an Account Manager are suited as directed by Saxo Bank AS.
Your profile
- Min. 2 years of Senior Account management, Middle Office or Client facing operation role in Danish banking industry.
- Experience managing a small to medium size team.
- Experience working with Data center – preferably with SDC
- Knowledge of Danish VP and settlements
- Native Danish speaker, fluent in English
- Sound knowledge of financial products offered by Saxo.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- The ability to use own initiative effectively, when appropriate.
- Ability to work well under pressure and perform comfortably in high-stress environments, consistently achieving targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The global sales organisation is responsible for growing total realized earnings and assets under management through acquisition of new direct and wholesale clients as well as through activation of the already existing client relationships, cross- and up-selling, development of global partnerships.
