If all this sounds interesting, then you should seize this unique opportunity as Benefits Realiastion Data Analyst in our Organisational Change Management (OCM) centre of excellence, for our Digital Transformation unit in the Submissions and LifeCycle Management (SubLCM) organisation.  Apply now!  The Position As our new Benefit Realisation Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in developing data insights to aid the digital project and management teams in making informed, data-driven business decisions. You will perform in the intersection between data analytics, data management, project management and change management. Your key responsibilities will be to support the identification of measurable benefit metrics on value realisation with our functional areas to understand their specific data needs. You will leverage your data and BI expertise to improve existing data models, analysis, and develop interactive dashboards (in MS Power BI) that allow reporting of product/project outcomes, linked with strategy and OCM impact – on a strategic portfolio level. Furthermore, you will build trustful relationships with various project teams and SMEs, and foster collaboration and alignment among key stakeholders that ensures that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the progress of our benefit work. Your innovative mindset and focus on continuously improving and developing analytical tools, metrics and models will be a key asset in this role. These responsibilities will contribute to the overall success of our digital transformation portfolio, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and further drive our organization's digital transformation journey. You will formally report to the Director of SubLCM OCM and work closely with the Benefit Realisation Lead and various benefit project teams. Qualifications The ideal candidate has a "get things done" attitude, is curious, and able to manage multiple priorities. Essential for this role is that you work with a high degree of structure, possess strong planning, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, and have the ability to break down complex problems into actionable insights.
In addition, the candidate should:
  • Have a relevant educational background at Master’s level (e.g., MSc in Economics and Business Administration - Management of Innovation and Business Development, IT/Data Science or similar)
  • Be experienced in data analytics and insights generation with 2-3 years of relevant work experience, and a strong understanding of data management, reporting, and visualization
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills in Excel, BI tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Show interpersonal skills to gather information effectively, preferably utilizing agile methods
  • Exhibit proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • On a personal level, it is essential to maintain a keen attention to detail, emphasizing accuracy and the production of high-quality, user-centric deliverables. Additionally, possessing excellent communication skills is crucial to ensure transparency in conveying the benefits of work to key stakeholders. Moreover, fostering curiosity, creativity, and innovation is important, along with the ability to design, develop, and implement new, visually appealing initiatives. This should be complemented by exceptional problem-solving abilities. About the Department Our OCM centre of excellence consists of 12 highly skilled colleagues all pursuing to drive changes and maximise the benefits of the strategic programmes and projects we support across the SubLCM business unit.  We are part of the Submissions and Life Cycle Management which is part of the Development (R&D) area in Novo Nordisk with a team of approx. 1,600 people pursuing better outcomes for patients and product development.   The SubLCM OCM team is responsible for partnering, advising, and executing change management, change leadership, and benefits realisation expertise.
