The position
The S&OE responsibilities lies within short term supply mitigations in close collaboration with sales regions and our production sites. As a Sales & Operations Execution Partner, you will be responsible for:
Qualifications
You have experience as or are currently working as a production planner, preferably in SAP APO, OMP or alike planning system. You have experience with SAP. Preferably, you have a relevant university degree within Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering or similar.
In addition, we like to see that you:
We expect that you have the skills to take responsibility for complex tasks involving many different stakeholders across different business areas. Furthermore, you must have the ability to work independently using your sound personal judgment to make wise decisions and to ask when in doubt. Lastly, you write and speak English fluently.
As a person you have a high level of energy, a positive mind-set and are open towards other people and new ideas. You thrive in a dynamic and international environment with numerous tasks and changing priorities, while staying focused on details and managing strict deadlines. You have excellent process understanding and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
About the department
Supply Chain (SC) is a department within Product Supply that supports all Novo Nordisk A/S global production sites in supplying the best Supply Chain Processes, systems and data to support them in a smooth execution of their daily operations. Hereunder having responsibility for identifying and executing strategic supply chain projects in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a part of a diverse Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) team with 10 highly engaged colleagues with different, gender, age and nationality.

The position
The S&OE responsibilities lies within short term supply mitigations in close collaboration with sales regions and our production sites. As a Sales & Operations Execution Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Drive assigned Affiliate Response Team forums/task forces and ad hoc supply risk mitigations ensuring coordination with markets and site logistics to meet customer requirements
- Various supply chain analyses
- Handling of potential re-call situations as key contact to task force owners in Customer Complaint Center (CCC) - This involves batch tracing, re-supply plans and overall impact analysis of supply situations
- Mitigation Process Development
- Further develop our mitigation processes and standards
- Stakeholder management improvement
- Mitigation follow-up
Qualifications
You have experience as or are currently working as a production planner, preferably in SAP APO, OMP or alike planning system. You have experience with SAP. Preferably, you have a relevant university degree within Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Engineering or similar.
In addition, we like to see that you:
- Have a natural flair for planning and coordination
- Have a Can-Do attitude, and interest in learning new skills via a strong interest and/or background in business processes, data analysis and supply chain management
- Have excellent skills within data analysis in excel and the ability to present and communicate your findings both visual and orally
- Have a natural preference for being in the “eye of the hurricane” with management attention
- Can build strong relations with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
