The position
In R&ED we are focused on developing more diverse and dynamic pipeline, exploring new therapy areas, leveraging modern technology platforms and intensifying our external innovation activities. As Senior/Strategy Project Manager you will ensure execution and track progress of the R&ED strategy.
The department drives tactical implementation and development initiatives to enable organisational readiness across the area.
You will champion simplicity and drive processes, by focusing on priorities that create the most value for the business by e.g.:

Qualifications

The position

The department drives tactical implementation and development initiatives to enable organisational readiness across the area.
You will champion simplicity and drive processes, by focusing on priorities that create the most value for the business by e.g.:
- manage tactical implementation projects across SVP areas by applying project management tools e.g., Value Stream Mapping. Assess the changes that needs to be done and understand how the changes will affect the business. Ensure organisational impact, identify next steps, share results and learnings with relevant stakeholders e.g., senior management.
- interact and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and support throughout the projects.
The position requires collaborating across Novo Nordisk, and has high level of responsibility, exposure and focus from the top management.

Qualifications
- You have a M.Sc. or other relevant background (e.g. strategic project management, business development etc.) and at least 10 years’ experience from a strategic planning department or a business development function preferably within a large pharmaceutical company.
- You have a proven track record of strategy execution and substantial experience in developing, supporting, and driving improvements initiatives and projects in different types of areas.
- Your career has provided you with extensive international experience as well as excellent communication skills.
- You have a passion for turning strategies into action and you are a determined and tenacious achiever who takes initiative, follows up and finalises projects.
