Can you see yourself innovating Drawing Management within Novo Nordisk influencing several thousand people involved in the handling of drawings? Are you excited to use your stakeholder management skills while consulting different projects?
The position
As our new CAD/BIM Manager, you will be a part of a diverse team that advises investment projects within Novo Nordisk on Good Engineering Practices, Design Standards and Drawing Management. For that you will (optimally) be looped in, in the early start-up of a new project to recommend how drawings and physical asset data are defined, structured, handled and archived across the product supply organisation. Throughout the project you will also get hands-on tasks where you get to control the quality of drawings in cooperation with our suppliers and manage conflicts in a constructive way.
Besides of consulting individual projects, you will be responsible for Novo Nordisk’s procedures and training when it comes to drawings. For that you will align with a broad range of various stakeholders to ensure the most efficient solution for the most.
Lastly, you are also expected to drive our long-term strategic agenda of stronger digitalisation within drawing management. Currently a focus area is the creation of a digital twin of our production facilities that can enable us to execute projects in faster manner.
Qualifications

Investment | Engineering & Sourcing (IES) is part of the Product Supply organisation. Product Supply is a modern technology organisation within Novo Nordisk, that proactively delivers the highest quality to patients in a sustainable and efficient way. In IES, we play a key role in ensuring that there is sufficient capacity to treat our patients worldwide. We are doing so by supporting our global investment projects (capex) succeeding in their projects through engineering and sourcing activities.
As function we sit in the sweet spot between our global supplier base and our colleagues in the investment projects who are considered our customers. Due to the large growth in the overall company, we have also a significant increase in investment spend and related projects that we are supporting. This situation gives a fantastic opportunity to strengthen the contributions we are delivering even more as well as driving change through the investment projects in line with the company aspirations.
Today we are around 35 ambitious employees with diverse backgrounds and an engaged people-focused culture. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow through sparring from senior experts in our department and experienced project managers in the capex projects.

The position

Qualifications
- You havea Bachelor, Master or equivalent relevant technical education in engineering, constructor, IT, business, draughtsman or other)
- You are curious to expanding your knowledge within the world of investment projects and the pharmaceutical industry
- You are self-driven and have a structured approach to new tasks
- You have some years of experience working with drawings and physical asset data
- Project management experience and having worked with FUSION 360, Revit, Inventor or Vault is beneficial but not a prerequisite
- You can build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all organisational levels
- You are fully proficient in English
