To support our continued journey building and delivering a world class TA service we are looking for a new TA Operational Excellence Specialist reporting to the Global Head of TA Development.
The Novo Nordisk Talent Acquisition team has been on an exciting transformation journey over the last few years. Some of the highlights include:
• The creation of a Global Centre of Excellence in 2018 which unified teams around the world together with a shared vision and goals.
• Creation of a global, standard operating model and global technology platform to support the realisation of these goals.
• Engagement of Recruitment Processing Outsourcing Partners to support a segmented model. This partnership allows our Talent Acquisition Partners to focus on strategic support to the business and our RPO Partners to focus on providing best in class sourcing and administration supports
In this role we are looking for a Talent Acquisition expert with a deep seated, up to date knowledge of the processes, technologies and reporting requirements / insights that drive a successful TA function. The role focus and tasks will be varied and change to reflect developments, both internal and in the evolving recruitment market. The common goal of these tasks will involve evaluating best in class solutions, understanding trends in the candidate market, and ensuring every member of our team understands their role and has the tools and skills to succeed. Your focus will be to contribute significantly to ensure that our operating model and TA solutions are continually reviewed and refreshed where needed.
An example of tasks where you will play a key part are:
• Contributing to the TA Roadmap and strategy
• Translating roadmap and strategic objectives into projects
• Ensuring compliance to the process
• Advising and supporting regional teams on processes
• Targeted training to build knowledge in our teams and stakeholders
• Contributing to business cases to support development and of the team and model
• Act as a subject matter expert and, where required, Project Manager / Implementation lead for projects such as organisational design, process remodelling, reporting and use of data and technology enhancements
• Mapping process
• Working with our RPO partners to ensure changes are reflected in processes and suitable training is built and delivered in sourcing and administration teams
• Track, monitor and analyse key metrics and report on progress to key stakeholders
• Advise our technology and process change board
• Ensuring processes and technology usage are within all relevant legislation
Key stakeholders include
TA Management team and colleagues, relevant P&O project and technology teams
To be successful, you’ll need experience in:
• Working with stakeholders to understand strategy and direction, capture requirements, communicate priorities and report on progress.
• Different Talent Acquisition models, solutions, processes, and technology optimising success in a global environment
• Working with external partners in a segmented model to optimise collaboration
• Building strong networks (internal and external) to ensure knowledge stays up to date
• Using data to track and analyse current performance and proposed changes and the ability to create a meaningful narrative to communicate it to stakeholders in a meaningful way
• Navigating complex issues in a large, global organisation.

Qualifications
You are characterised by being a strong and pragmatic executor with a strategic can-do mindset. A person people want to work with and who is respected by stakeholders because you drive things forward and because you have a high personal integrity, which allows you to offer your perspectives respectfully.
Ideally, you:
• Have 3+ years of experience within HR within a large, international and culturally diverse environment or have worked in organistations such as HR Tech vendor / RPO provider.
• Hold a relevant academic degree within HR, Organization, or similar
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
It is natural for you to bridge opinions, among other things, by demonstrating good cultural understanding and stakeholder management. You find solutions and get people to collaborate, focusing on what matters most for the end-user, and you are an experienced process facilitator.

The Operational Excellence team is a newly established team, reporting to the TA Development head and you will be closely involved in developing ways of working, tools and templates to achieve our goals
