The position
As an intern, you will play a supporting role in defining and implementing digital transformation initiatives in our production.
The tools will be used across the organization, with the potential of getting large amounts of users, optimizing processes and decision-making, and creating better products for patients across the globe. Overall, the position will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gaining industry experience and building a network with talented professionals in the organisation.
Practicalities:
Qualifications
Ideally, you are engaged in an Academic education with a focus on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or another relevant field with thrives in the innovative transformation of various processes, with a possibility to impact the digital transformation in IFPBA.
Experience in and/or knowledge of some or most of the following technologies: human-centered design, agile project development, design thinking, workshop facilitating, UX/UI design, qualitative data gathering methodologies, scrum, and co-creation.
About the department
At IFP Bagsværd, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes worldwide. You will be joining Aseptic support in IFP Bagsværd. The team’s objectives are among others monitoring the environment inside the production, projects, and improvements and digitisations tasks. Our main purpose is to support production and keep compliance.

The position
As an intern, you will play a supporting role in defining and implementing digital transformation initiatives in our production.
- Taking part in establishing a foundation for the use of data from our production machinery and processes for dashboard visualisations, digitalisation, business insights, and data-driven decision-making.
- Supporting with complex projects establishing data insights for our stakeholders
- Having responsibility for every step until we can create value from our data, i.e., scoping the problem, stakeholder management, setting up the data pipeline, and designing your own tools
The tools will be used across the organization, with the potential of getting large amounts of users, optimizing processes and decision-making, and creating better products for patients across the globe. Overall, the position will enable you to put your theoretical knowledge into practice while at the same time gaining industry experience and building a network with talented professionals in the organisation.
Practicalities:
- Duration: 5-6 months
- Start date: 1 February 2023.
Qualifications

- The mindset of an entrepreneur, driven, self-engaged, and with a drive to complete projects
