IP Support QA is looking for a talented candidate to fulfil the position as administrative coordinator in our department. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of service, communication, and coordination skills, and the ability to coordinate various tasks, activities, and events in a self-driven way and a professional manner. The job is in Bagsværd with the flexibility to work from home from time to time. The position
You will work closely together with the manager of the department, the HR Business partner, and the assistant group in IP QA. You will primarily support the manager with the execution of his management tasks. This includes:
  • Preparation of presentation material
  • Coordination activities
  • Budget planning and follow-up
  • A wide range of PA tasks such as managing the managers’ calendar, planning of seminars, meetings and events for the department, and many day-to-day tasks
  • Further, you will be part of the assistant group network in IP QA and ensure alignment of various administrative strategic tasks across the area. The position offers great opportunities for utilizing your personal skills and experiences for personal and professional development. Qualifications
    In order to qualify for the position, we imagine that:
  • You have solid presentation and communication skills
  • You are an experienced user of MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities
  • You have a high social intelligence and are good at stakeholder management
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English
  • You most likely have a solid experience as assistant, and you have solid skills in driving administrative processes and organising tasks. You must be able to prioritise own tasks, work independently and be forward-looking. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in an ever-changing environment and you can take high level independent decisions and set direction. As a person we imagine that you are reliable, loyal, and service-minded. You have a positive can-do attitude and can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You have a natural ability to establish good working relations across the organisation and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise. About the department
    IP Support QA is a department with a total of 10 employees and growing. The department’s responsibility is to provide Quality support to the Quality organisation within the growing investment portfolio in Novo Nordisk. Contact
