Then you may be the right candidate to fill the position of Executive & Management Assistant to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Development. You will use your natural flair for service to support the CVP and the rest of the management team in a wide range of tasks, including controlling, budgeting, reporting, driving organisational communication strategies and much more. The position requires a fast mind, strong organisational skills and a high degree of independence as well as strong attention to detail.

What’s the role about?
As Executive & Management Assistant in DD&IT Development, you will assist the CVP and the management team in driving the area’s cross-organisational activities in accordance with the strategic targets.
Key responsibilities include
• Actively support the management team in enhancing operational excellence within DD&IT Development
• Drive the budgeting process for the area, taking charge of preparation and control of budgets in SAP
• Lead organizational development planning processes to ensure continuous improvement
• Manage and coordinate DD&IT administrative activities on behalf of the area
• Take an active role in running internal projects to contribute to the overall success of the team Additionally, you act as a personal assistant to the CVP, playing an active role in the DD&IT Development management team and engaging with internal stakeholders across all organizational levels. You gain significant exposure to management in this position Which competencies to bring?
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:
• Possess a pertinent master's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or other showcasing strong strategic, reasoning, and analytical skills
• Demonstrate effective planning, prioritization, execution, and proactive follow-up capabilities in a timely manner
• Exhibit a natural aptitude for working with numbers and a substantial background in budget planning and control
• Show proficiency as a skilled user of MS Office, coupled with broader IT skills, and fluency in English You exhibit self-motivation and a strong focus on results, consistently setting high standards for yourself. Your cross-functional expertise, exceptional communication skills, and well-organized task approach contribute to your reputation for swift and efficient execution, all while maintaining accountability, responsibility, and a commitment to high quality, even under time constraints.

DD&IT Development is responsible for all major IT systems and projects in Development.
