You partner with Vendors to design Programs and Initiatives grounded in top tier research, future-fit thinking and digitalized solutions in the fields of leadership development, cultural transformation and learning and development. You will also partner with Regions/brands to design accelerated development programs to ensure they are aligned with the Leadership Academy Guiding Principles and overall Leadership Academy Curriculum.
Other key responsibilities:
• Partner with Procurement to engage in vendor management that includes conducting RFP’s for all relevant initiatives, the establishment of SLA’s, contract negotiation, and quality assurance as required.
• Build reporting practices and ensure solid budget management.
• Act as Coach and Consultant to the regions/brands to ensure they are engaged and prepared to deploy with excellence.
• Be a fully integrated team partner in the Leadership Academy Team, business leaders and wider Talent and Development Community to shape the Leadership Academy Strategy and continue to shift the learning and development culture at Maersk.
• Work with senior executive sponsors and global HRBP’s, monitor and report on business impact and perceived quality of owned programs and investments while strengthening the alignment between business needs and Leadership Academy solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 7 years + of experience in L&D specialist roles within a high-performing, matrixed corporate organization. You have experience with digital learning platforms and expanded learning ecosystems and partnerships. You are business savvy, results- and customer-oriented, collaborative, curious, focused and playful, with a calm presence and ability to manage ambiguity and conflict (I e diverse or opposing stakeholder needs and views) In addition, you are a kind and resilient team player and relationship-builder that demonstrates a high level of commitment and clear thinking, strategic mindset, thriving under minimal supervision and across geographical and cultural boundaries.
Furthermore, you have:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in designing and developing leadership development solutions and cultural transformation initiatives.
• Solid project and budget management skills
• Good academic credentials
• Excellent Written and Verbal skills with people at all levels across the organization in English.
