As a People Analytics Partner you'll actively provide support to business units, helping them to understand and use people & organisational insights for decision making.
You will bring your internal customer groups along on our journey by offering them opportunities to increase their general knowledge and level of comfort pertaining to HR data, and clarifying the business questions they must and would like to have answered with people analytics.
Reporting to the Head of People Data & Analytics, you and your teammates will work a high degree of independence to execute the function’s strategy for the benefit of your internal customers.
Your input on how we should improve things will be welcomed - from increasing HR data quality & compliance, to adapting the way we tell stories with data for converting insight into action.
You will also have the chance to influence and participate in important crossfunctional projects, such as rolling out new reporting & analytics tools, which would require close collaboration with e.g. Technology and Finance.

• Analytical mindset, including the ability to translate complex issues into pragmatic solutions.
• Quality mindset, including HR data literacy, a focus on ethics & privacy, and a very good eye for detail.
• Problem-solving flair combined with natural initiative and curiosity.
• Solid business understanding and broad knowledge of HR, with an ability to learn fast and connect all the dots.
• The ability to multi-task and deliver on competing priorities.
We expect you also have:
• A university degree and some experience working in an international organisation on global projects.
• Solid experience with databases / business intelligence /statistical applications and data visualisation.
• Preferably also some direct experience with: human capital management applications, data storytelling, training end user communities, and change management.
