Reporting into the Head of Maersk Management Consulting, the position as Executive Business Partner offers a unique opportunity to apply your administrative skills in supporting with day-to-day practical matters, be a strategic sparring partner to the Department Head & the Leadership team and be the critical center-point across many of
MMCs initiatives.

The Executive Business Partner will become a part of a large Executive
Assistant community at Maersk, a community with personal development, training and learning sessions in focus.

Maersk Management Consulting (MMC) is the management consultancy of Maersk with offices in Copenhagen and Singapore.

Key responsibilities


You are motivated by having to juggle the various demands of a fast paced, ambiguous and culturally versatile business environment. Not always knowing what the day will bring, you are quick to adjust, thus being a reliable administrative backbone of the department.

In addition, you have a unique opportunity to plan the strategic direction of the department together with the leadership team.

• Provide high-level executive support for Head of Maersk Management Consulting (MMC) in a fast-paced and international environment. You sweat the small stuff, have strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when under pressure.

• Calendar, travel and expense management for the Head of MMC, proactively maintaining daily changing calendar, Classification: Internal

• Responsible for coordinating and running leadership and team meetings with creating materials, following up on to-do’s

• Acting as a trusted partner to Head of MMC and the rest of the leadership team on various strategic projects, making sure they make well informed decisions

• Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the organization, MMC and HR

• Independently drive concreate initiatives on behald of Head of MMC (incl. creating presentation material and presenting)

• Driving Recruitment at MMC with Head of Recruitment, first point of contact to the candidate and scheduling interview

• Supporting the marketing committee in planning recruitment events and social media material

• Responsible for onboarding and offboarding for new hires and leavers

• Planning and organizing MMC events both internal and externals

We are looking for


A candidate with a high degree of self-motivation and a proactive drive to ensure a smooth run within the team.

A professional with 5 years of experience in an administrative role where you are used to supporting a high profile stakeholders in large global company.

Furthermore you:

• Are outgoing, diplomatic and service-minded

• Are structured, organized and process-oriented with an eye for optimization

• Are a team player who understands the importance of supporting your manager and the team; willing to invest yourself socially

• Are able to keep calm and maintain a high level of service in stressful situations

• Are able to handle multiple issues at the same time and efficiently prioritize your workload

• Have professional with strong communication skills, able to interact with all internal and external colleagues.

You hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and several years of relevant work experience. Your written and spoken English is impeccable. You are fluent in Microsoft Office and preferably have some experience in SharePoint and SAP.
