Service Service Lean Service PMO
With our corporate strategy objective of being "Global leader in the wind service solutions market", we have ambitious growth targets for Service in the coming years. To achieve such targets while keeping our cost base steady requires a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally.

Service PMO drives proactive and end-to-end portfolio management from roadmap candidates to full regional / global implementation by sustaining sound and efficient governance for portfolio management and strategy execution. Service PMO supports Service senior management and project / program managers to execute on the strategy with a comprehensive project portfolio. We ensure that focus is kept on the right investments and efficient execution both in development and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrating global implementation planning between regions and global functions
  • Serve as anchor for the integrated change plan outlining clearly what change initiatives will impact our service functions and by when, the significance of the change and the business resources required to lead and anchor the change
  • Consultancy to project managers in developing solid implementation plans including training and communication
  • Challenge, coach and support product / project managers and project executives when submitting investment proposals
  • Support senior management with management information to drive sound business decisions (portfolio analysis, performance reviews, status reports and recommendations)
  • Financial management and benefit forecast reporting in close collaboration with Financial Business Partners and Portfolio Manager
  • Support the portfolio planning processes, e.g. annual roadmap and budget process, including resource and capacity management
  • Identify critical interfaces, dependencies and constraints within the portfolio and take ownership of ensuring such are effectively anchored within each project or line of business
  • Organise and lead project management community

Qualifications

You have a relevant degree at Master level or higher within business administration, economics, strategy or engineering, combined with 5 - 8 years' experience working in a similar role leading business transformation projects. In addition, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

  • Extensive business understanding preferably from a large global company (500+ employees)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
  • Insights on agile and traditional project management models, program and portfolio management
  • Experience in working with business cases
  • Experience with portfolio performance reporting
  • Expert user of Excel and formulas
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and ability to produce clear and concise executive presentation material

  • Perceived by stakeholders as supportive and professional delivering high-quality analysis and consultancy

  • Proactive and works efficiently to get things done without compromising quality
  • Sound analytical toolbox – excellent understanding of complex problems and extracting key conclusions
