You will be part of CMC Early Phase Oral Analytical Development, a subunit of CMC Development & Scaling in Novo Nordisk. Our department is responsible for the development and validation of UPLC analytical methods, dissolution methods, and for developing analytical platforms for solid-state characterization. You will become a part of a team consisting of eight highly skilled Scientists and Laboratory Technicians. Our team is responsible for characterizing the solid-state properties of new drug substances, raw materials, excipients, and tablets to support oral and injectable drug product development. We have a close collaboration with other teams within Novo Nordisk to ensure the successful development of innovative drug products. The position
As a Laboratory Technician at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to support our journey towards bringing innovative drug products through clinical trials and towards the market. You can expect that your main tasks will be: Perform sample analysis using many different analytical methods, such as XRPD (X-ray powder diffraction), PSD (Particle Size Distribution), Dynamic Vapour Sorption (DVS), Surface Area and porosity analysis (BET) and Intrinsic Dissolution Rate (IDR) Development of new solid-state characterization methods Implementation and maintenance of analytical laboratory equipment Contribute to continuous improvements in the laboratory to secure efficient and up-to-date analytical methods Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites: You have an education as a Laboratory Technician You preferably have some experience with solid-state analysis You have curiosity towards improving our labs and implementing modern analytical methods through automatization, digitalisation and other continuous improvements You have a quality mindset, and preferably experience, navigating the interface between GMP and non-GMP tasks You can communicate in Danish and English, both written and verbally, on a professional level On a personal level, you contribute positively to our team and enjoy working with people from different professional backgrounds.
