The position
This role is offered for 12 months to cover the maternity leave and would be based in the HQ office in Søborg, Denmark. However, please note it is highly possible to be offered permanent position after temporary contract expires.
In this role, you will mainly drive the Global Expert Panel and the Scientific Executive Committee, both consisting of global and local Key Opinion Leaders, to take scientific and operational input. You will be responsible for securing these external insights are factored into the development and implementation of scientific communication, recruitment, retention tools, educational materials for participants and site staff in the trials.
Additionally, some of your tasks can also include:
You will have the opportunity to work very closely with stakeholders from Global Medical Affairs, Medical & Science and Clinical Operations in HQ as well as colleagues in affiliates.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you need to have a business or science degree ( Master’s or Ph.D.) combined with 8+ years of relevant experience from the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in both global and local roles.
It is important that you can fluently communicate in English language, have proven record in driving complex projects of a strategic nature and have advanced experience in clinical or medical projects including patient engagement.

You are motivated by ambitious targets, and you can structure and translate data into knowledge and clear communication to facilitate decision making and project progress. As a person, you are ambitious, flexible and have a strong drive for taking initiative and working both as a dedicated team player as well as independently.

The position

- Support affiliates in engaging their local panel members in ESSENCE trial-related activities to drive recruitment & retention
- Engage site staff on the journey with external communication
- Take part in formulating and executing trial strategies to ensure successful recruitment and retention of participants
- Engagement with diverse cross-functional stakeholders and several external vendors
- Challenge status quo by assessing deliverables, enhancing our processes and identify new ways of achieving goals
You will have the opportunity to work very closely with stakeholders from Global Medical Affairs, Medical & Science and Clinical Operations in HQ as well as colleagues in affiliates.
Qualifications

- Ability to influence your stakeholders through building trusting relationships
- Flair for integrating communication and change management perspectives into any project execution
- Experience in communication disciplines, on- and offline
