Are you excited by the opportunity to work in an independent unit within Novo Nordisk, where innovation will be at the center of everything , we do? If yes, then you might be one of the several Prevention Product Creators that we are looking for in the Transformational Prevention Unit’s (TPU) Product Innovation Lab. Join us for a life-changing career! The position As one of the Prevention Product Creators within the TPU, you will be part of an empowered interdisciplinary team of Product Creators who collaborate to conceptualize and test prototype solutions that go beyond medicines. You will be part of an ambitious and highly skilled team of experts that work with external partners to develop and rapidly test prototype products (or sub-components of products which either assess risk and response, communicate metabolic health, intervene biologically, or intervene behaviorally) to predict and prevent obesity. The team will develop user-centric offerings that address unmet needs in a clearly defined target population and drive the go-to-market plans together with partners across the business. You will report directly to the Senior Director of the Product Innovation Lab within the TPU, becoming an essential member of the TPU team. Your primary work location will be in Søborg, Denmark, or Oxford, UK and the role will require some occasional travel. Qualifications We are looking for team members with great interpersonal skills, coupled with drive and dedication. There are several capabilities we are looking to recruit into the team, therefore we are looking for Product Creators with experience in external innovation plus specialty expertise in a minimum of one of the following areas: Data science Digital health technologies Human biology Drug R&D To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: An academic degree in life sciences and/or a business or economics education, and several years of experience in an industry setting (for example pharma, healthcare, start-up, or digital health companies) Thorough understanding of the global healthcare market and its trends Demonstrated ability to work with external partners Experience in creating, developing, and commercializing healthcare products About the Department Imagine a future where people can be screened to determine if they are at risk of developing obesity and know exactly when – and how – to intervene to prevent it.
