As Training coordinator, you will work closely with many stakeholders and target groups to support optimal training. In this role, you will be the anchor for supporting, simplifying, and optimizing our training set-up in a period of rapid expansion. The responsibilities will contribute with analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems while ensuring training compliance in the daily operations. The key tasks will be: Structure and secure that our training system is balanced at the correct level, so that it is effective and up to date
Manage training content in the Simple Training Administration (STA) tool and assignment tool
Track past due training and act if needed
Identify and implement optimization and standardization opportunities in our training processes including onboarding
Oversee the planning, coordinating, and executing training projects
Help stakeholders with choosing the right training methods and activities, and develop effective and efficient training as well as application of relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids
Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have: A scientific academic degree in relevant discipline or 3+ years of work in similar position
Experience within training development and implementation
Work experience within GMP and compliance in pharmaceutical industry
High verbal and written communication skills in both English and Danish, plus good presentation skills
Enjoy interactions with different scientific stakeholders, at all levels in Clinical Supplies (trial set-up, trial execution, labelling, IRT systems, supply chain planning etc.)
Project management skills are an advantage. Experience with LEAN, behavioral design and e-learning solutions is an advantage, but not mandatory. On a personal level, you possess strong communication skills - including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from stakeholders. You have an investigative and analytical approach to problems and strive to see them first-hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution. As Training Coordinator, you will join the Supply Chain Planning department, but you will be covering 3 additional departments: Trial Set-up, Supply Chain Optimisation and Clinical Supplies Development. Supply Chain Planning is a part of Clinical Supplies in CMC Development & Scaling. We are responsible for the overall planning of the production, packaging, and distribution of products for Novo Nordisk clinical trials worldwide. The department consist of four teams, supporting the execution of clinical trials by forecasting/monitoring product demand, ordering products/materials, planning the packaging/shipping of trial products and supporting the overall trial conduct at the clinical sites with a focus on trial product related processes and systems.
