Your new role
The Executive Management Assistant-Global Business Development & Strategy will support the executive leadership team and stakeholders across the business with strategic development and the execution of Norican organizational and commercial projects. You will work with the executive management team and report directly to the CEO of Norican Group.
The Executive Management Assistant Global Business Development & Strategy will be responsible for:
The position is located in Taastrup, Denmark. This individual will travel about 30 to 50 days a year.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, it is expected that you have about 2-4 years of experience working with strategic development. Ideally, you have a degree in engineering or business with solid academic results. You are an effective communicator both verbally and written. You have strong interpersonal skills and can work with stakeholders across an organization. It is also expected that you have international experience either from living abroad or working in an international environment. You’re fluent in English and ideally a second language.
As an individual, you have strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate commercial, financial, and operational performance. You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and have excellent follow through. You’re confident in your abilities and are a fast learner.

- Developing business strategies
- Assisting with the strategic planning process
- Market intelligence projects
- Financial analysis in relation to M&A projects in cooperation with Finance
- Have a commercial view both internally and externally across the markets and categories within Norican markets
- Represent Norican leadership when working across the business
