Are you passionate about enhancing business performance by driving organisational and people interventions? Are you interested in supporting LEO Pharma in creating new capabilities on biologic patient solutions and driving transformation towards new operating models?
As our new HR Business Partner colleague, you will play an important role in our Global Product Supply organization to develop, with our managers, the structures, capabilities and culture that supports the GPS strategy towards 2030. You will also take part in the journey of increasing the overall business value of HR by optimising HR processes through the implementation of global standards and systems.
Together with colleagues from France, Italy and Ireland you will form a strong HR community with collaboration around our functional development to support global processes, and as local HR support to leadership teams in Global Product Supply, you will help building a simple, agile and efficient organization that helps patients all over the world achieve healthy skin.
You will be acting as HR expert, advisor and business partner to drive both strategic and operational discussions on topics like organizational design and development, team and individual performance management, leadership and people development and be supporting an employee experience aligned to the LEOPharma People Promise.
As part of the HR-team, you will be tasked to contribute to the development and implementation of cross-functional initiatives.
Your primary tasks will be to:
You will report to the local Head of HR Business Partnering for GPS in Ballerup, HRBP Bo Germansen and be based at the LEO Pharma offices in Ballerup. You will also be part of a global team of 20 HR professionals situated at our production sites and dedicated to servicing our GPS organisation.
You have a passion for working with HR dilemmas together with dedicated management teams, realizing that the best solutions are developed through close collaboration with a multitude of stakeholders, and balanced with the decision mandate to implement change.
You have a minimum of 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience, working in a global organization, where you have gained solid experience in HR operational challenges working together with managers at all levels as well as building up new capabilities in an organization, and support transformations through effective change management activities.
You work with an analytical, structured and proactive approach, and you are solution focused with an ability to take risk-based decisions.
In combination with your strategic business understanding, and conceptual skills, you can turn complicated challenges into smart and practical outcomes that translates the big picture into operational action plans.
You have the courage to address difficult issues and stand your ground on the right advisory, but also to stand and support the implementation of challenging decisions when made.
You speak and write English fluently and your communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills enable you to build trustful and strong relationships, to a great number of stakeholders at all levels and across cultural, professional and geographical distances.

The position

Your primary tasks will be to:
- Work as a business sparring partner in GPS to ensure that the organisational capabilities (processes, culture and structures) matches the current and the future business needs, and to offer your change management professionalism in driving gap closing initiatives
- Develop and execute required and agreed activities that supports individual and team performance, and strengthens retention and engagement
- Responsible on an operational and tactical level in driving the annual HR processes e.g. rewards processes, development programs, talent management activities and succession planning etc. in strong collaboration with Global People Shared Services and our Center of Expertise (CoEs)
- Ensure that global HR processes and programs are successfully deployed and implemented in close collaboration with managers, the CoEs, and Global People Shared Services
- Utilize external and internal HR and pharma data and market trends to proactively identify any relevant challenges/ areas to develop further and consult with leadership teams accordingly
- Based on facts/data and insights provide input to CoEs/Global People Shared Services to optimize and streamline global HR processes
