We are building a new team, which will consist of 6 dedicated colleagues with different strengths within people data and analytics. The majority of the team, including you, will be located in Ballerup.

Your challenges
You will join our new Global CoE Data & Analytics within the Global People function. Here, we will together build the foundation for our future reporting and analytics. Your main activities will be:
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to HR business partners, managers, and key decision makers
- Deliver data and reports to Global People projects (e.g. Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition) and ongoing processes (e.g. Organizational Review)
- Deliver ad-hoc reports on request
- Contribute to the development of automated reports and dashboards
- Prepare data for analysis and contribute to people analyses
- Contribute to the streamlining of our people data infrastructure and processes to ensure consistently high-quality data
- Support the training of Global People colleagues around the world in using the reporting tools and becoming data-driven in their support of the business
Your profile
You have a collaborative mind-set, a “can do” attitude and are eager to explore and learn. You are analytical by nature and love working with data. You are attentive to details, take pride in delivering excellent quality, and consider the customer in everything you do. Moreover, you have:
- A master’s degree
- 1+ year experience with reporting, preferably in the people area
- Experience with the SAP SuccessFactors platform and related reporting tools
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in working with quantitative data, including a natural and critical sense for numbers
- Fluency in written and spoken English
