LEO Pharma is preparing to launch Adtralza and is looking for a Senior Market Access Manager to join the Global Pricing and Market Access team.
Your job and responsibilities
You will join a team of Market Access and Pricing Managers and report to the Senior Director. We are looking for a new team member to drive a range of strategic projects, including preparing for new indications, understanding the competitor environment, and communicating the market access risks and opportunities within the organisation.
You will work closely with the HEOR and Data Analytics team within Global Market Access, and cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Forecasting, Finance and the Regions. You will working closely with affiliates around the globe to support reimbursement preparations and negotiations.
The key areas of responsibilities are:
- Drive strategic projects such as preparing for new indications and upcoming competitors
- Work with affiliates and other members of the Global Adtralza team to understand and map the market access risks and opportunities
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and endorsement with key stakeholders for your projects
- Support the updates of global business cases
- Support affiliates to ensure optimal price and access for Adtralza
What you need for the role
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience. The role is office-based in Copenhagen, however applications from outside of the greater Copenhagen area are welcome if you are open to relocation.
- At least 5 years experience working in Market Access, preferably in a global setting. Experience in HEOR and RWE is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate complex market access issues to cross-functional and senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the business risks which can come during reimbursement negotiations
- Experience in building Market Access strategies by working with affiliates and cross-functional team members to identify reimbursement challenges and develop strategic solutions
- Experience working with European and US market access functions
- Experience working with biologic and/or speciality pharmaceuticals is an advantage
- Understanding of pharmaceutical pricing
- Masters or other higher degree in Market Access, Health Economics, Public Health or similar
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
