Would you like to manage your very own marketing projects for one of Coloplast’s fastest growing business areas?

As a graduate in our Wound & Skin Care division, you get to truly evolve your marketing toolbox as you will be part of a team who develops global campaigns and materials centred around our high priority foam products. From here, you will develop competences that will take you to the next level of your Coloplast career.

Your career starts here
The Coloplast Global Graduate Programme is a three-year full-time programme. A talent programme for top students with a potential and drive for leadership.

The programme alternates between 18 months at our HQ in Denmark and 18 months in a global subsidiary. During this time, we guarantee that you’ll get to dive into your field of interest, take on key responsibilities and see the results of your work.

And after completing the Global Graduate Programme, you can look forward to continuing your journey with us on a permanent contract.

Welcome to Wound & Skin Care
Starting 1 September 2020, you’ll spend the first half of the programme at our HQ in Humlebæk as part of Global Brand Management in our fast-growing Wound & Skin Care division. Here, you will join the team responsible for all marketing activities surrounding our foam portfolio which includes our flagship product. Your new team consists of a brand manager, a medical specialist as well as the Head of Brand Management, who will support you to develop the skills and knowledge you need to excel within the first half of the programme.

For the final half of the programme, you will get to embark on an adventure at one of our global offices. With your skills and interests in mind, we will find the perfect role and location for you to complete your graduate programme in either Europe, Asia or the USA.

Manage global marketing projects from A to Z
You get to dive into your own global projects surrounding our foam portfolio and manage them from idea through development and implementation to follow-up and evaluation. Depending on what we have in the pipeline, this could be anything from developing campaigns and supporting local launch planning to handling smaller projects, such as developing or maintaining apps, landing pages and other types of marketing materials. Your tasks may be to:

  • Validate market forecasts and analyse commercial data to assess key market dynamics
  • Translate insights into strategically aligned marketing projects together with your team
  • Collaborate closely with local marketing colleagues to ensure cross-market alignment, e.g. on launch approaches or campaigns
  • Collect input and approvals for marketing projects from Pipeline, R&D, Digital, Regulatory Affairs and other functions
  • Provide input on commercial opportunities within our foam portfolio, e.g. ideas for future line expansions from a commercial point of view
  • Host best practice meetings and present new campaigns and other project outcomes to our local markets responsible for local adaptations

”This is not a position where you are thrown between projects as a support function – instead, we want to provide you with the responsibility you need to grow. For instance, our current graduate manages her very own project, launching a brand new product line – of course with support from me and her other two team members,” says Rikke Toft, Head of Brand Management, Silicone Portfolio & Foams, who is looking forward to welcoming you to the team.

Passionate marketeer with a can-do attitude
You are ready to become part of a small team where we help each other out and where being responsible for all marketing activities related to one portfolio means throwing yourself into many new tasks and experiences. You are ready to take the lead on projects and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders across levels and functions. Moreover:

  • You are about to complete or have recently completed your master’s degree within business or marketing
  • You are ready to live and work internationally as part of a multicultural company
  • You communicate fluently in English
  • You have the potential and drive for leadership
  • You are interested in life science and/or innovation
