The position
As Head of Global Market Access Network & Excellence, you will be responsible for the global Market Access Network groups and ensure their functional development and excellence through securing high global standards as well as efficient platforms for strategy execution and capability building across the function.
You will work in close collaboration with both global and local market access teams as well as other cross-functional stakeholders within Novo Nordisk and play a leading role in our external engagement activities.

Global Evidence, Pricing & Access (GEPA) is the global centre of excellence for market access within Novo Nordisk. The area consists of the centres of excellence for Payer Evidence and Strategic Pricing & Contracting and is overall responsible for market access excellence across Novo Nordisk. As such, we ensure that we anticipate future payer requirements and secure optimal access to our products.

The position
As Head of Global Market Access Network & Excellence, you will be responsible for the global Market Access Network groups and ensure their functional development and excellence through securing high global standards as well as efficient platforms for strategy execution and capability building across the function.
You will work in close collaboration with both global and local market access teams as well as other cross-functional stakeholders within Novo Nordisk and play a leading role in our external engagement activities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the global market access network
- Defining, prioritising, and driving market access excellence initiatives
- Driving strategy for Novo Nordisk external engagement in market access fora
- Developing and overseeing the functional modus operandi for the global market access matrix teams and the market access network groups
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, International Management, Health Policy, or similar
- 10+ years of market access and public affairs experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience, matrix leadership experience preferred
- Experience from both strategic and operational market access roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills as well as strong commercial skills

- Are comfortable driving change management
- Have an innovative and creative mindset
- Bring a good sense of humour to work and thrive in a changing and dynamic environment
