Do you want to play an essential role in supporting all Novo Nordisk's production sites providing high quality, world-leading diabetes, and obesity products? Then this is a unique opportunity to join our dedicated Stability and Product Support Team.
About the department
In Injectable Finished Products (IFP), we produce high-quality products fighting diabetes and obesity worldwide. Our department Site Support & Improvements (SSI) is a part of IFP Manufacturing Development. We support our global IFP aseptic production sites and set the direction for new technologies, innovation, and production optimization globally. We have a strong focus on making a difference in close collaboration with the production sites by implementing novel solutions based on data-driven decisions and in accordance with GMP regulations. We have the expert knowledge of our products that is needed to support the sites. It is also our responsibility to train the sites and maintain working procedures to ensure that all our sites are aligned.
The position
As a professional within the Stability and Product Support Team, you will be part of a team currently consisting of 9 academics, 6 laboratory technicians and 1 manager.
You will collaborate with scientists, technicians, project managers, analytical laboratories, quality assurance, regulatory affairs and other stakeholders both locally and globally. You will support the IFP production sites by solving product-related issues and by supporting product transfer as well as optimization projects.
Specifically, your daily tasks will include, but surely not be limited to, participation in troubleshooting and support deviations, preparing protocols and reports, and maintaining corporate documents and procedures.
Since we are working in a global environment, the support can either be provided by email, virtual meetings or on-site.
Qualifications
You must be dedicated to your tasks and value the quality of your work. Furthermore, you must be eager to learn and develop your skills. We will set the scene in a motivating environment with direct impact globally and close collaboration with very experienced colleagues willing to help you grow - you decide how far.

Qualifications
- You hold an M.Sc. degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biochemistry or similar. Preferentially, you have experience with stability studies.
- It is highly advantageous if you have experience with protein chemistry and data analysis within the pharmaceutical industry working in a GMP regulated environment.
- You have a can-do attitude and the impression that no challenge is too big or too small to handle.
- You thrive in a busy and dynamic workday and have a quality mind-set.
- You are a team player energized by finding sustainable solutions together and know the value of building relations and collaborating.
- You are fluent in written and verbal English.
