The position
In Oral Finished Products Quality Control (OFP QC) we are looking for two PA/administrative assistants who will report to the Director of New Product Entry QC (NPE QC) and Director of Market Release QC (MR QC), you can look forward to a diverse role with many different tasks, in close collaboration with the VP PA.
Your key area of responsibility will be to support the department in a wide range of administrative tasks. You will assist with a variety of administrative tasks such as meeting coordination & scheduling, active member of the NPE QC or MR QC management team, note actions of meetings with high complexity and high level of confidentiality and help secure timely follow up.
You will be involved in smaller projects where you will coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Furthermore, you will play a key role in tasks related to financial controlling, managing budget for the department, team building and events, hiring employees and managing contracts, communication with internal/external vendors etc.
In collaboration with the rest of the administrative assistants in OFP, you will be responsible for ensuring that new employees in OFP go through an onboarding program of 2 days and assist the Secretary during audits and inspections. As a member of the OFP Assistant Group you will work with your colleagues in optimizing administrative processes across a unit of 1200+ employees.

New Product Entry QC is organized in four teams and in-total 55 employees.
NPE QC is a support department, and our main purpose is to validate analytical methods before we transfer them to Site QC.
Market Release QC is organized in five teams and in-total 87 employees.
MR QC is a Site QC department with the main purpose of analysing of tablets products launch to the market.
Both departments are still growing.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role:
- You have administrative or academic background with 2-3 years’ experience from complex administrative roles
- You have proven skills in driving administrative processes, handling and organising tasks, and you demonstrate good business understanding
- You have excellent skills in MS office and find it easy to master new IT systems Experience with SAP, HR or Finance software will be an advantage
- You can work independently with a can-do-attitude. You have a proactive approach to the job and thrives well with tight deadlines
