The Position
As team leader you will lead a team of 12 dedicated employees (10 laboratory technicians and 2 supporters) who are responsible for the analysis of environmental samples received from our aseptic factories. Moreover, you will play a key part in developing your team and continuously improving performance as well as delivering excellent results.
Apart from that, you will also have the responsibility for coordinating and prioritizing resources and tasks in the team to achieve our ambition to increase analysis capacity. In addition, you will be part of a management team who works closely together to ensure we succeed as a department.

The microbiological laboratory in Injectable Finished Products, Bagsværd employs approx. 55 skilled employees responsible for all microbiological analyses required for the factories we service. In our department we take pride in fulfilling our commitments to our customers and succeed in unity.

The Position

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Ensure a stable and timely delivery of analytical results for environmental samples and microbiological ID analysis eg. MALDI-TOF.
- Optimization and digitalization of core processes.
- Lead the team by developing competencies, coaching, and training the employees to ensure the right composition of skills to address future needs.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations and long-term planning of resources.
- Secure quality and compliance of product and processes and drive your leadership with a LEAN mindset.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
- Preferably hold a degree in engineering, biotechnology or equivalent and have at least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Have experience with pharmaceutical production and/or laboratory processes.
- Ideally have experience from GMP regulated production and knowledge about QC.
- Are fluent in Danish and English.
