Global Project Manager, Maternity Cover

The job

The Global Project Manager is supporting projects and change initiatives within Digital Platforms & Services department across global, regional and affiliate stakeholders. The role is supporting multichannel projects with the responsibility of planning, executing and evaluating projects. The role has a strong focus on organisational change management driving the transformation of our digital content supply chain to deliver content efficiencies and insights.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Coordination and end to end project management of Digital Platforms & Services key projects
  • Change management initiatives across global, regional and affiliate teams
  • Project and change management support to our internal Content Hub and internal stakeholders
  • Internal stakeholder management and relationship building
  • Affiliate communication and cross-functional cooperation
  • Vendor management
  • Financial management

Your main job tasks will be:

  • Embed and expand our Content Hub offerings across Novo Nordisk
  • Act as Global Matter Expert and Consultant for the Global Diabetes brand teams in producing content easier, faster and cheaper
  • Improve and expand WorkFront project management system usage for internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive Digital Platforms & Services team operational process and collaboration framework
  • Overall financial management and management support

You are expected to take ownership of your areas and to demonstrate a high degree of independency and initiative. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels in and outside our organisation.

Qualifications

  • As a minimum completed a relevant master’s degree with good results.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of Multichannel and/or Digital Marketing experience from any type of industry or agency environment required. Pharma industry experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of minimum 5+ years project and change management experience demonstrating results
  • Proven track record in vendor management
  • Deep understanding of multichannel marketing tactics and digital platforms including but not limited to email, websites, webinars/webcasts, digital media programs, paid search, SEO, social media, mobile apps, eDetails aids
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Digital Platforms and Services is part of Digital Strategy & Solutions within the Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs Organisation. We strive to improve patient outcomes and customer experiences with digital solutions. Digital Platforms and Services team play a crucial role in leading Novo Nordisk-wide digital platforms, services and hubs delivering significant operational efficiency, agility and transparency.

Content Hub is the Novo Nordisk digital content supply chain.

Content Hub works to deliver transparency into content use and reuse, efficiency in production, more agility through modular content and Lean MLR, and Insights into impact with our customers across channels. Content Hub provides the platforms and services to find, produce, approve, execute, and measure content.

You will join a team of 5 colleagues in Denmark, and an extended team of 70+ in Bangalore, India, with diverse mindsets and backgrounds where empowerment to explore new territories and collaboration across functions and geographies are key to success.
