The position
As our new Product Owner, you will be joining the newly established Product Supply Manufacturing Intelligence (PS MI) Programme Management department.
As our new Product Owner, you will be responsible for preparing and driving the definition of the BCO/PID product vision and roadmap and in collaboration with the Product Manager ensure that the product continuously meet and respond to the business requirements on the shopfloor.
The main tasks of the Product Owner are:
Apart from that you will be working with stakeholders and agile team to ensure grow. You will be balancing development and scale of products, collaborating with stakeholders to understand key drivers for deliveries to enable ongoing prioritization and content elaboration, and clarifying and coordinating dependencies with other Product Owners, Product Management, external stakeholders, and other agile teams. Also, one of your responsibilities will be to ensure the agile team is delivering according to its commitment and work with the agile team daily overcoming challenges and clarifying questions to ensure flow.
About the department
The Programme Management department is responsible for driving programme and product management of the central manufacturing intelligence portfolio, servicing manufacturing shop floor. The team is responsible for DevOps and harmonising the manufacturing intelligence product portfolio with the aim for seamless integration of digital products in Line of Business. Further, the team is driving the agile framework in Product Supply via Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Product Managers and Scrum Masters, and aim to strengthen the capabilities across these functions by collaboration and Communities of Practice.
PS MI is an area of digital experts collaborating and co-creating the with deep knowledge colleagues in the Novo Nordisk’s Manufacturing processes. You will be joining Batch Change Over (BCO) and Product Identification board (PID) team which consists of both new and experienced colleagues from many various countries and backgrounds.
We are anchored within Global Product Supply (PSQIT TEC). Our purpose is to enable the manufacturing sites with Intelligence, by driving the digital transformation efforts and scaling global digital product and solutions.
Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences:
As our corporate language is English, we expect you to be fluent both in writing and spoken. Some travelling should be expected in the role.

The position

- Building, prioritising, and maintaining team backlog
- Ensure stories are delivered according to agreements (Definition of Done)
- Contribute to team events and be a key member of the agile team, and work proactively with the Scrum Master to ensure that the team events fulfil their purpose

- 5+ years of experience with the planning of IT life-cycle management activities
- M.Sc. in IT or other related fields
- Product Owner certification
