What’s in it for you?
We are currently looking to fill UX/UI Designer positions. Your main responsibility will be to drive the user experience design process from early UX research to final design implementation in one of our product teams; working closely together with a Senior UX Designer to refine and design the product. The ability to understand complex business challenges, balancing different perspectives from team members with various competencies as well as internal stakeholders is key to succeed in this position.
We expect you to challenge and inspire the organisation as well as take part in establishing a strong internal community to share knowledge and learnings.
One position is based in Søborg, and one is in Måløv.
What are we looking for?
As a person, you are a people-oriented team player, who excels in an environment with a high degree of empowerment. You can work independently and engage with colleagues and stakeholders and all levels of the organisation. You are empathetic, patient, and can effectively engage with others – whether one-on-one or in a group. Overall, you are passionate about agile ways of working, and are eager to deliver values with your unique skillset.
It’s an advantage if you have experience from a large enterprise setup, working with internal on-boarding and adoption of new software and/or have experience from a regulated industry. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.

The Digital Accelerator is the home of the Outliers - a team of people who are wired differently. We are anchored in Digital Incubator & Innovation unit in Digital, Data & IT.

- Master’s degree in Digital Design, Business, IT or another relevant field and some years professional experience.
- A curious mind who has experience with methodology like Design Thinking and tools like Figma.
- Strong communicator, is comfortable with sketching and facilitating ideation sessions, and you thrive in a versatile working environment.
