Training Professional to build training foundations in Sourcing Operations (SoOp)
Do you want to play a central role in securing the most effective and efficient training-setup, as well as supporting the business with relevant competence development and training content development? Are you motivated by taking on the task to develop a whole organisation and colleagues towards a more efficient training and competence system? Then you have a unique opportunity to join the Business support team in the Strategy & Business Development department as Training Professional.
The position
In the position as Training Professional, you work closely with multiple stakeholders and target groups to support optimal training and increasing human performance. You will contribute with analysis, design, and development of simple and effective training solutions to cover training needs and solve business problems.
Your tasks will be (not excluded to):
Support local mgmt. in building a sustainable training organisation locally Train, coach and develop training competences among managers, process supporters and operators Analyse data related to training, build business cases and develop project briefs in relation to training related projects Conduct Training Need Analysis in different scenarios together with Line of Business Apply Strategy to action methodology to align the training agenda to the overall business plan Develop team setup, standard and systems applied by the Training Team in SoOp Manage pipeline of potential interns across Business Support incl. interviews and development of interns Participate in various network meetings across the organisation
As we a are new team we must identify our way of working as a team and how we work with our stakeholders. You will responsible, together with the manager, to set the direction for the team and Sourcing Operations.
Qualifications
You have a relevant academic background within learning science, psychology or equivalent, or have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within training development and implementation in a large organisation. It would be an advantage if you have experience from working in a regulated environment, e.g., within the pharmaceutical, food or aviation industry. You have strong communication skills including the ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. You have an investigative and analytical approach to problems, and you strive to see them first hand so you get a clear understanding of how competence development can contribute to the solution. Your personal drive, focus on improvement opportunities and the ability to execute projects independently and proactively, secures that value is added where it matters and within deadlines. Experience with lean and/or behavioural design is an advantage. The Department
You will be working in a Business Support function with two other training colleagues placed in the department Strategy & Business Development. The department acts as a support function to develop processes and competences locally in line of business. Your main office area will be Bagsværd, but as your main stakeholders are placed in Hillerød you are expected to be working 1-2 days from Hillerød.
