The Position
As Graduate Programme Coordinator, one of your primary tasks is to support the Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme, which is a 2-year fast-track talent programme where our graduates take on challenging tasks from day one, rotate between different parts of the global organisation and go through a steep personal- and professional learning curve.
We have just recruited the 79 Graduates from all over the world who will start later in the year. So looking ahead the activities you will be responsible for are ensuring that these graduates have everything they need to start in September, which includes a large scale onboarding event in Bagsværd; assist on the recruitment campaign, coordinate the Graduate Recruitment Centre for next year’s candidates, plus other administrative and support tasks to help the Graduate Management team ensure the annual wheel of programme activities runs smoothly.
Qualifications
You are an experienced coordinator, who can work independently and enjoys being part of a dynamic team. You are highly structured and able to prioritise a busy workload, with the ability to converse with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
You are open-minded, solution-oriented, you have an international outlook and a can-do attitude which means you help the team succeed together and contribute to a strong and positive team spirit.
We work globally, so fluency in English is required. The position is located in Denmark.

From research and development, through to manufacturing, marketing, and sales – we’re all working to move the needle on patient care.
