The orchestration of Digital and Face-to-Face channels play an important role on that journey across our frontline field forces in affiliates. You will become part of the Digital Platform & Services team, which is responsible for developing and scaling critical platforms and tools while driving the necessary organisational change to successfully achieve the desired essential business change in both global functions and local customer-facing teams. Our team is responsible for Content Hub, Novo Nordisk’s internal content supply chain and we strive to bring together the best of Novo Nordisk’s multichannel capabilities to ensure effective use of digital technology that is key to driving business value. The position You will play a key role in driving our content MarTech and insights agenda forward by working directly with key stakeholders at global and local levels. The role is responsible for developing and continuously evolving our content insights analytics as well as building the organisational capabilities at all levels to ensure proactive usage, and robust data-driven content development in our commercial teams. You have the opportunity to develop and establish the future content technology stack and operational aspects of execution that drive increased content engagement, leading to profitability and market share growth by:
  • Providing actionable recommendations on how to leverage our content ecosystem to add business value
  • Ensuring a holistic approach to multichannel content operation and be a key sparring partner for our Regions and Affiliates in becoming best-in-class as you grow our organisation’s ability and demand– both from a strategic and operational level
  • Setting the future direction, driving and managing the approach to tagging, content analytics, marketing automation, and definitions of measurement points and KPIs for content supply chain in close collaboration with the team and key stakeholders
  • Being a key contributor and partner to the team situated in Bangalore and third-party partners
  • Through your previous experience working within the digital space, we expect you to contribute setting the direction for how Novo Nordisk can leverage current (and future) tech-stack elements to improve multichannel customer engagements in the most effective and efficient way. Therefore, it is essential that you bring a superior customer experience mindset and are able to consider both owned, earned and paid engagement channels. Additionally, we expect that you have hands-on experience around tagging orchestration, marketing automation, content insights and web analytics. Qualifications You Master's degree in economics, marketing, engineering, science or another related field and have an Outstanding track record of professional achievements within digital marketing, marketing tech stack, and data-driven marketing with 5-7+ years’ experience in consultancy, agency and/ or a highly regulated industry such as pharma, industrial, financial services, tech, FMCG, etc. Pharma industry experience is not a pre-requisite. To thrive and succeed you have:
  • Experienced in navigating a complex stakeholder landscape in a global environment
  • Expert analytical skills and commercial awareness, making you capable of digging deep into data, identifying business opportunities, and translating insights into the solutions that bring most value for the business
  • Strategic mindset with an in-depth understanding of technology and data
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a skilled communicator with fluent English, enabling you to bring your advice into actions on both strategic and operational level
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing-related role combined with expertise in digital marketing technologies like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Sales force marketing cloud (SFMC) and/or similar.
